First Christian Church of Kaufman was established in 1861 as friends gathered on the first day of the week to break bread in remembrance of Christ. Through the years the church has served the Lord and our community as a Christian Church.
For a season, the church was part of the Disciples of Christ. However, in the fall of 2022 we decided to return to our roots as a non-denominational community Bible fellowship.
We rejoice in all that God has done and look forward to all He will do, as we continue to strengthen our commitment to His Word and His will. We continue to support various causes, civic organizations, and area ministries.
This mighty little church has loved God, each other, and our community for over 150 years. We believe our best days are ahead! We invite you to come join with us.
